Who are AppDev Classes for?
BigID AppDev classes are for individuals who already know how to program but don't know how to interact with BigID. That doesn't look the same for everyone.
To fully understand the class, attendees should:
- Have an understanding of what they want to build
- Understand a C-style programming language. The class is in TypeScript, but knowledge of C++, C#, Java, or another programming language is enough.
- Understand the basics of REST APIs. IBM has a great video tutorial here.
People who have been most successful in creating BigID Apps usually have at least 2 years of enterprise application development experience.
What does this cost?
AppDev classes are free for BigID Partners.
How do I sign up?
First, you need to take a quick prerequisite quiz to verify your programming experience. You can sign up for the prerequisite quiz by registering for the BigID App Developer Prerequisite Quiz on the BigID Education Registration site.
After you have passed the prerequisite quiz, you can then register for the AppDev Pro course on the BigID Education Registration site.
